Founder Huang Lieh-ho, drawing from his early life experiences, deeply embraced the belief of “Take it from the society & use it for the society.” After retiring, he devoted himself wholeheartedly to public welfare and, in 1996, established the Huang Lieh-ho Social Welfare Foundation. He hoped to set an example as an entrepreneur and fulfill the mission of Nurturing Children, Empowering Youth, and Upholding the Health and Dignity of Seniors.
