1. Open to working professionals and individuals returning to the workforce.
2. Bachelor’s degree or above in Education, Social Sciences, Psychology, Business, Management, or related fields is preferred.
3. At least 3 years of work experience.
4. Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
   

1. Holder of a motorcycle or car driver’s license.
2. Strong teamwork, communication, and coordination skills.
3. Ability to use digital tools and technology.
4. Experience or background in social work, counseling, or elementary education is preferred.
5. Compassion for underserved groups and a genuine interest in public welfare.
   

Job Responsibilities:

• Recruit, supervise, mentor, and evaluate after-school instructors.
• Communicate, coordinate, and maintain liaison with partner schools.
• Conduct on-site class observations during program hours.
• Review and approve student admissions and withdrawals.
• Provide guidance and support for students with special needs.

Administrative Tasks:

• Plan and execute program activities.
• Prepare and manage budgets.

Other: 

• Handle various administrative documentation and paperwork.
