1. Minimum 2 years of English teaching experience.
2. Bachelor’s degree.
3. ​Academic background in Education, Languages, or Humanities.
4. ​Proficiency in Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
5. ​Ability to plan and deliver English learning activities.
​6. Certificate in English proficiency or proof of related English training.
​7. Valid licenses: motorcycle and regular automobile driver’s license.
8. ​Other Requirements:

​-Over two years of English teaching experience.
​-Proficiency in computer document processing.
​-Ability to independently lead and manage a class.
​-Ability to use online teaching resources.

​9. Personal Qualities:

-Strong communication and coordination skills.
​-Clear and flexible thinking.
​-Detail-oriented, cheerful, and willing to share.

​10. Owning a personal car is a plus.

2. Carry out teaching based on the curriculum plan.
3. Set teaching objectives, define course scope, and deliver English lessons.
4. Participate in regular team discussions and monthly meetings.
5. Evaluate and discuss students’ learning progress.
6. Maintain communication and coordination with the assigned service centers.
7. Support additional activities as needed.
