- Preferred Qualifications
- Holder of a valid teaching certificate for kindergarten or K–12 education.
- Proof of experience as a part-time, substitute, or contract teacher (equivalent to four semesters of long-term substitute teaching).
- Graduate of a college/university with completion of teacher-training professional coursework.
- Completion of the 180-hour after-school care professional training program.
- Graduate of a college/university with qualifications as a child and youth service professional (excluding babysitter certification).
- Holder of preschool teacher, childcare educator, or assistant childcare educator qualifications.
- Candidates meeting any of the above criteria will be prioritized.
- Applicant Requirements
- Basic understanding of elementary school subjects; able to guide and accompany children with homework.
- Enjoy interacting with elementary school students.
- Good teamwork skills; strong communication and collaboration abilities.
- Capable of designing and delivering curriculum for elementary school students.
- Computer proficiency: Word, Excel, Google Forms.
- Compassion for underserved children and an interest in public welfare.
- New hires must complete required training.
– During training: hourly rate NT$280.
– After passing assessment: hourly rate NT$290.
- Job Responsibilities
- Support mixed-age after-school classes for grades 1–6, primarily assisting with homework guidance, class management, and administrative tasks.
- Provide homework guidance; plan and conduct physical activities and diverse thematic activities; support class management and assist with related administrative tasks.
- Manage Papa’s Pad – P³ Zone assets at this Center and assist with end-of-term inventory.
- Check daily snack deliveries, assist with distribution, and complete related records.
- Write daily work logs and complete the student check-in/check-out system each day.
- Assist students with creating their personal learning portfolios.
- Prepare student care records and ensure proper handling and protection of personal data.
- Work with the school to maintain a clean environment (including classrooms and any additional shared spaces).
- The Foundation operates after-school support centers on school campuses, providing free after-school care and snacks for underserved children.
- Depending on each school’s facilities, classrooms are shared and co-taught by two instructors.
